Conferences

This year’s fall teacher conferences will be held during the week of October 27. Tuesday, October 28 through Friday, October 31, are half-day early release for elementary, middle, and high schools. Please note that AIM High School and Parent Partnership Program conference and half-day early release day schedules are different from the schedule noted below and will be communicated directly from each school to families. Please note that schools will be providing school-specific conference sign-up details in the coming weeks. Please watch for specific fall 2025 conference sign-up information in early to mid-October 2025 from your child's school.  

October 27-31 Week Schedule

Monday, October 27

  • Elementary, middle and high schools attend school for the full, regular day.
  • AIM High School full, regular day schedule (no half-day early release).
  • Morning and afternoon preschool sessions will be held.
  • No parent/guardian/teacher conferences will be scheduled.
  • Regular in-school food service will be provided.

Tuesday, October 28

  • Half-day early release for elementary, middle, and high schools.
  • AIM High School full, regular day schedule (no half-day early release).
  • No morning and afternoon preschool sessions.
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will be scheduled between:
    • 12:30-3:20 p.m. at all district elementary schools
    • 11:15 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at all district middle and high schools
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will also be scheduled between 4:30-7 p.m. at:
    • Centennial Middle School
    • Glacier Peak High School.

Wednesday, October 29

  • Half-day early release for elementary, middle, and high schools.
  • AIM High School full, regular day schedule (no half-day early release).
  • No morning and afternoon preschool sessions.
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will be scheduled between:
    • 12:30-3:20 p.m. at all district elementary schools
    • 11:15 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at all district middle and high schools
    • Noon- 7 p.m. at Parent Partnership Program
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will also be scheduled between 4:30-7 p.m. at:
    • Valley View Middle School
    • AIM High School (4-7 p.m.)
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will also be scheduled between 4:05-7:35 p.m. at:
    • Cathcart Elementary
    • Little Cedars Elementary
    • Seattle Hill Elementary
    • Totem Falls Elementary

Thursday, October 30

  • Half-day early release for elementary, middle, and high schools.
  • No classes at AIM High School. Parent/guardian/teacher conferences scheduled all day. 
  • No morning and afternoon preschool sessions.
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will be scheduled between:
    • 12:30-3:20 p.m. at all district elementary schools
    • 11:15 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at all district middle and high schools
    • AIM High School (8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.). 
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will also be scheduled between 4:30-7 p.m. at:
    • Snohomish High School
  • Parent/guardian/teacher conferences will also be scheduled between 4:05-7:35 p.m. at:
    • Cascade View Elementary
    • Central Emerson Elementary
    • Dutch Hill Elementary
    • Machias Elementary
    • Riverview Elementary

Friday, October 31

  • Half-day early release for elementary, middle, and high schools.
  • AIM High School schedule
    • Morning session (a.m.) - 8-9:30 a.m.
    • Afternoon (p.m.)  session - 9:30-11 a.m.
  • No parent/guardian/teacher conferences will be scheduled.
